שבת שלום.

אז הרדיו דיסק שלי באותו, תוצרת פיוניר (לא יודע את שם הדגם), עושה לי קצת בעיות.

עם הרדיו אין בעיה וגם לא עם ה- AUX אלא כאשר אני מכניס דיסק ושומע.

 

אתמול הדיסק ניגן ופתאום הפסיק לנגן והופיע הכיתוב הבא:

 

 

 

לא ניתן להוציא את הדיסק כלל.

כאשר הרדיו על מצב CD ואני מנסה להוציא את הדיסק המכשיר נכבה

וכאשר זה על מצב AUX או רדיו אין כלל תגובה.

הכוונה בכיתוב הזה הוא ל"שגיאה". אתה שומע שהדיסק מסתובב? מנסה להתסתובב?

הבנתי שזה שגיאה אבל לא הבנתי מה פשר האותיות שאחרי זה, לכן שאלתי.

אני לא ממש שמתי לזה לב אבל מה שכן אני יודע כמעט בוודאות שזה לא הבעיה בדיסק

מכיוון שהדבר קרה לי כמה פעמים אתמול ולאחר שהנעתי את הרכב כמה שעות לאחר מכן

הצלחתי בסופו של דבר להוציא את הדיסק וזה שוב קרה עם דיסק אחר.

על הר"ד צריך להיות כתוב שם הדגם. לכשיהיה לך את שם הדגם חםש בגוגל את המדריך שלו (לרוב הפיונירים אתה יכול למצוא PDFים ברשת). במדריך יש פירוט של קודי תקלות נפוצים, זה יכוון אותך.

I know it means "electrical or mechanical problem" according to the manual. You probably are not able to read or even eject a CD. There is no solution offerred, so you will have to get professional help.

 

I will suggest first contacting Pioneer at www.pioneerelectronics.com, email or call tech support. Read the online user manual also if you don't have one. They might refer you to a local repair shop, and you can always try to get help from whoever installs the unit for you or you have bought it from.

 

Sorry that I won't have further knowledge on this. My instinct will be to disconnect the power completely and see if it resets.

From page 14 of the owner's manual, the error code AO indicates an "Electrical or Mechanical cause"; they recommend turning the ignition off and then back on, and then toggling from CD to radio and back to CD again.

 

If you're still getting the error code, then you can try to check for loose connections yourself (or perhaps a jammed disc?), but you'll probably have to take it to a certified Pioneer Service Center or the dealer where you purchased the unit.
