השאלה היא מה קורה כשכזה גלגל חוטף מכה?

מנסיוני באופניים אני יודע שקרבון נוהג להתפורר אחרי שהוא חוטף מכה. לא נראה לי כל כך נעים שיתפורר לי הג'נט באמצע נסיעה.

מה שכן אני בטוח שהם לא אמורים להתפורר, במיוחד אם שמו כאלה על אנזו (אני מניח שפרארי לא הייתה שמה את הגלגלים האלה אם הם היו מתפרקים). מה שכן, צריך לבדוק אותם על כביש ישראלי כי אם מגנזיום מתעקם בקלות על כל מהמורה ישראלית טיפוסית אז עד שאני אגיע הביתה עם הגלגלים האלה הצורה שלהם תהיה כבר ריבועית :squarewink:

חבר'ה למי שלא מכיר,קרבון זה חומר הרבה יותר קל והרבה יותר חזק מאלומניום (המרכיב העיקרי בג'אנטים "מגנזיום"),כך שהוא פחות יינזק מכבישי ארצנו כמו שהמגנזיום.

כשאתם אומרים "קרבון" זה בעצם "קרבונייט" באנגלית פחמן.

 

עכשיו השאלה שלי האם זה עשוי באמת מסיבי פחמן (סיבי פחם) כי אם כן אז זה אמור להיות חומר מאד חזק (שכמו שאתם יודעים עושים ממנו גם מכוניות)

כמו שחלק ממכם יודעים האופנה של מגנזיום וג'אנטים מוקשחיםלא הכי בריאה.....

המגנזיום זהו חומר קשה (פריך) והוא מעביר את המכות ישר לשילדה,לא נעים לאוטו שלכם.

 

אני מקווה שתיכננו את ג'אנט הפחמן הזה גם "שידע" ליספוק מהמורות יותר טוב מהשגשוגת שאנחנו מרכיבים מיתחת לאוטו,אחרי הכל פחמן זהו חומר ממש פריך.

Project Discription

This new constructed wheel is a patented development. It consists of a metal star centre, which is formed into a carbon fibre wheel rim.

The wheel when complete, weights 30-40 % less than a light alloy wheel of comparative design.

The carbon fibre wheel rim is constructed with the metal star for the weight of the listed cars.

In kg you would be saving around 2 - 2,5 kg.

The Idea

To reduce the unsprung weight load for a better driving contact between the car and the road surface. This allows for better acceleration and improved fuel consumption. A further major advantage is that the life of the brakes is increased. The temperature of the brakes is allowed to be dissipated out through the centre star of the wheel, making it impossible to overheat the brakes. Development Position

The first prototype has already been produced. The new constructed wheel has passed the following tests: continual running, Impact, Temperature. The patented constructed wheel in size 8,5 J x 18 H2 will be available in summer 2003.
