urgent help needed - speekers

Well, I'm in NY at the moment, and I need a good and quick advice on buying speekers, as follows:

 

Car 1

 

1) Good (2) sets of non-component 5.25" speekers which will be intalled without an amplifier (directly to a HU), so max Bass is important (I know it might be a problem, but I'm looking for the least worst). Budget for these is up to 100$ a set.

 

Car 2

 

1) A Good set of 4" speakers - the best I can find up to 100$. These are to be connected to a 100W per channel Amp.

2) An 8" Subwhoofer, which is going to be fed by a 200W channel.

 

I will probably make the purchase on etronics.com (On their NYC store).
