בעיה בהעברת הילוך גיר ידני

היי, יש לי סוזוקי קרוסאובר טורבו עם גיר ידני, כשאני רוצה להוריד הילוך מהילוך שלישי לשני בזמן האטה מאוד קשה להכניס להילוך (לשלב את המוט הילוכים למיקום של הילוך שני). 

מה יכולה להיות הבעיה וכמה יכול לעלות תיקון אם זה משהו רציני? האוטו עבר רק 43 אלף ק"מ.

לא ידוע לי על נזילה, אבל הוחלף שמן גיר בטיפול לפני האחרון (לפני שנה ו4 חודשים)

כשחושב על זה אז יכול להיות מפקקים כי בחודשיים האחרונים יוצא לי לנסוע הרבה בפקקים...

שאתה מנסה להכניס אותה לשני זה רק עם הרבה התנגדות או שאתה מרגיש שיש "מכשול" בדרך שאתה צריך להפעיל מספיק כוח בשביל "לשבור"?

יש רעידות? רעשים?

יש קשר לסל"ד של הרכב?

Hi alnotas,

Who recommended you Petronas Tutela Gearforce 75W gear oil.
I have similar problem with my car (SX4 S-Cross GLX 2018, Boosterjet 1.4 Manual Transmission, not AllGrip) especially in cold days.
The shift lever locks especially when moving from third to second gear.
Did You replaced oil jet? How the gear works now?

1st to 2nd gear vitara s

Had my vitara s 1.4 boosterjet with manual transmission for a couple of weeks now, fantastic upgrade from the sx4 s cross I had before but one thing that niggles me is the gearchange from 1st to 2nd it goes with a clunk and seems stiff to engage 2nd ???
But here's the weird thing, sometimes 2nd goes in smooth with no clunk or resistance!!!
Cant work out what I'm doing wrong

 

Gear oil viscosity can vary with temperature, warmer temps make oil thinner and cold thicker and as the temperatures have dropped over the last few weeks your gear oil is going to be thicker causing your synchos to baulk (clunk)
There is somewhere on the forum a bulletin for the gear oil to be changed, i think Gargreen has changed his on his S and said it improved gear changes

Karl is correct. I’ve changed my gear oil from 75w80 to 75. The difference is very noticeable. Suzuki will cover this for you if you call to mention it, it was a released bulletin so any dealer worth their salt will know how to action it

 

The 1.4 S petrol has a Suzuki 6 speed and having driven my fathers manual (mine is an auto) i have not experienced any 2nd gear synchro issues. There was a member or two that said they had problems but a bulletin from Suzuki sugested an oil change to eliminate this

תנסה דאבל קלאץ' לעזוב את הגז ואז להעביר.

לא שזה קשור בהכרח, באימפרזה הישנה שלי הייתה בעיה ידועה בדיוק כזו, שאחרי החלפת שמן גיר למוטול (במקום המקורי) היא נעלמה לגמרי.

יש התנגדות /כאילו משהו מפריע, לא יודע איך להסביר בדיוק.. אין רעידות ואין רעשים, לא יודע אם זה קשור לסל"ד
