אני חייב לציין שלא מכרתי שם אף פעם שום דבר ולא קניתי שום דבר. הפעם היחידה שעשיתי שם משהו זה לישאול מישהו אם הוא שולח לארץ את הסחורה...

היום נכנסתי כי רציתי להזמין משהו קטן לאוטו וזה מה שאני רואה:

לפי איביי, אם המכתב לגיטימי, תוכל לאמת זאת על ידי כניסה לחשבונך, וצפיה בעותק ממנו בתוך "my Messages".

 

שים לב שהאימיילים השקריים נראים אותנטיים לחלוטין, כולל לינקים שמפנים לכאורה לתוך איביי, אך בעצם שולחים אותך לאתר זיוף שנראה בדיוק כמו האתר האמיתי, ומתעד את נסיונותיך להקיש את סיסמתך.

כנראה שמנסים לרמות אתכם כמו שארנון אמר.

 

עשיתי כבר 34 עיסקאות,נידנדתי למלא מוכרים שישלחו לישראל,שלחתי ים של הודעות,ביטלתי עיסקה,היה מקרה שאני ומוכר אפילו החלפנו הודעות די עוינות,לא קיבלתי שום הודעה ושום השעיה.

 

מישהו מנסה לרמות אתכם.

אני נכנס לאיביי ואיך שאני כותב את סיסמתי אני מקבל את ההודעה הזאת מול הפנים כל המסך...

 

ומופיע גם שיש לי

התכתבתי איתם במייל. קיבלתי הוראות לגבי אופן העירעור. יש לי תחושה שהושעיתי כי מוכר מסויים העליל עליי עלילה מכיוון שבמקום לקנות אצלו קניתי אצל הספק שלו (בטעות נפלט לו לגבי מיקום הספק).

קרה לי מסיבה לא ברורה בעבר.

מה שאתה עושה זה מוודא שאכן מדובר בהודעה של EBAY כמו שארנון אמר. לאחר מכן שולח אימייל להנהלת EBAY לבקש הסבר. סביר להניח שהם יבקשו ממך: לשלוח להם הוכחה למיקום שלך (רישיון נהיגה תקף) ועוד דבר שאינני זוכר לצערי כבר.

יש לשלוח בדואר רגיל או פקס. אחרי שעשיתי זאת, תוך יומיים חזר החשבון. חשוב לקרוא מה בדיוק רוצים שתשלח להם.

אשמח לעזור אם תתקל בבעיה.

טוב. זה באמת נראה כמו הדבר האמיתי ולא זיוף. יש במרכז ההודעה לינק כדי לפנות ולבקש את ביטול ההשעיה. הם אכן ירצו לקבל ממך הוכחות לכך שאתה מי שאתה טוען שאתה.

ארנון, בהתחלה כשהם ביקשו ממני הוכחות, הופתעתי קצת כי בכל זאת שולחים פקס עם הרבה פרטים אישיים למדינה אחרת. אבל להפתעתי, אחרי יומיים הודיעו לי שהכל בסדר והתנצלו.

טוב כרגע מחקתי את החשבון שלי בpaypal. ניראה לי מסוכן כל העסק הזה של להשאיר פרטים כאלה באינטרנט...

לא יודע מה קרה שם אבל אם זה קרה באי ביי בטח יכול ליקרות גם בפיי פל. לא חושב שבזמן הקרוב אני שוב אכנס לאחד משתי האתרים האלה....

קיבלתי מיילים מזויפים מפאי-אפל. ואפילו שלחתי לחברה המקורית את צילומי המיילים וכתובות מהן הם הגיעו.

אמרו לי שזה לא מייל שלהם, ושטוב שלא נכנסתי לשום דבר בהודעה. ושהם מכירים את התופעה ומנסים להילחם בה.
