I dont know how many of you remember my previous post when I bought the Nissan 240SX

, Anyway, after a while I got bored with it, and decided to go bigger, stonger and much much better, decided to go for one of the best machine around, and finally found the right one

LOL, that car looks SOOOO familiar, only mine had nicer wheels

, but really it looks great Golan, congrats!!! the amber taillights and corners have to go ASAP and I can't wait to see it wearing the double 5 spoke forgies

I sold mine for $12k last year, mine was 95 with the 3.0L US version, looked like new in and out, had about 190k Km on it and a bad ass stereo... I could have probably got a little more for it if I had the time to wait but I didn't have it

המנוע שם לא ממש מוצלח עד כמה שאומרים , 240 כ"ס בלבד לעומת 321 בגירסה האירופאית, S52 לדעתי.

יש הבדל רציני בין הדגמים.

My old 3.0L was rated at 240, Golan's car is rated at 245 but higher torque if I'm not mistaken... don't let the numbers confuse you, even the 3.0L is a fast car... accelerating between 100-200Kmh it would leave an Evo 8 to eat some german dust

 

You should already know the M-technic philosophy is that the suspension will work faster than the motor, and this car definitely has some of the most serious suspensions around as it is from the factory... the S52 is a great motor as far as performance but I would hate to do a valve job every 25k Km that is required

 

...Besides, people put turbos and superchargers on them all the time.. I drove a 360HP supercharged M3 once and was very impressed

חלר גדול מהכיף ברכב הזה זה המנוע האטמוספרי הגמיש והמצויין הזה, הייתי מעדיף להישאר עם האטמוספרי , אם החלופה היתה סופר צ'רג'ר או טורבו.

חלום גדול מאוד שלי זה לרכוש אחת כזו, בינתיים,אני מסתפק בגירסה צנועה יותר .

LOL... one test drive on a SC'd one you'll talk completely differently, it feels just like the naturally aspirated one only stronger, like there are two extra cylinders maybe, not like a turbo... maybe that's the one thing I disliked about it, the lack of drama

I know that some people are doing the swap ,but its actually pretty simple to boost power with Camshaft kit to about 300 hp on N/A motor

LOL, well, I happen to have quite a few friends that own Evo 8's as a member of the local Mitsubishi club, we raced the BMW and the Miata against Evos many times, the M3 doesn't stand a chance against the Evo from stand still, the Evo launches much harder, but the acceleration in the upper is just better in the M3..... don't forget that AWD has a much higher drivetrain drag in higher speeds than a RWD
