Solved (Audi a3 1.8T strange RPM behavior)

Hi.

I have asked some days ago about a problem I had with an audi a3 that had RPM Jumping all over between 0.5-1.2

Many of you said it is AFM(Air flow meter) I may disapoint you it is not.

I was at E&A Autosport and analyzed the car, the problem was in the air switch and not the meter.

The analizes where made for free.

So anyone else that have this kind problem, first go and analize your car with computerized equipment then start repairing something.

BTW nice service/people thoose E&A autosport.

yep, I have repaired it (it was actualy a cleaning)

I payed 250 NIS.

I was very suprised by the price, all my friends told me that any repair procedure in audi will cost at least xxxx and not less.
