בתור סטודנט למנהל עסקים ומשאבי אנוש, ואדם עם קצת נסיון מקצועי בהייטק ומחוצה לו, אני סקרן: מה הטעם לציין שאתם מחפשים "רוק סטאר"/תותח/כריש/סופרלטיב אחר? את מי בדיוק אתם מנסים למשוך (או אולי לסנן) עם ההסתייגות הזאת? באיזו סיטואציה לדעתכם ישקול אדם אם להגיש מועמדות או לא, ואז הסעיף הזה ישפיע על החלטתו?

הם כיוונו נמוך מדי. עם שכר כזה, היו צריכים לדרוש דוקטורט + ניסיון מוכח מNASA (רישיון טיס יתרון).

אני כבר לא מופתע בכלל, חסר מהנדסי זרם חזק - אז בוא נוריד את השכר ההתחלתי זה מה שיגרום לסטודנטים לבחור בתחום, מאוד הגיוני..

הקשר ששניהם למדו הנדסת חשמל ואלקטרוניקה ואלו פשוט שני התמחויות שונות באותו תחום. הלימודים עצמם לא הכי קלים וגם העבודה עצמה לא פשוטה ויש מעסיקים שמרשים לעצמם לשלם משכורות מגוחכות אחרי תואר וניסיון בתחום.

(אני מאוד מקווה שמהנדסים לא מגישים קורות חיים למשרות האלו כי אם כן אז השכר ימשיך להישחק..)

 

חוץ מזה אין קשר, פשוט כל פערי השכר לאקדמאים מקצועיים(מהנדסים, רופאים וכו׳..) מעצבנת ומעציבה אותי.

הקשר ששניהם למדו הנדסת חשמל ואלקטרוניקה ואלו פשוט שני התמחויות שונות באותו תחום. הלימודים עצמם לא הכי קלים וגם העבודה עצמה לא פשוטה ויש מעסיקים שמרשים לעצמם לשלם משכורות מגוחכות אחרי תואר וניסיון בתחום.

אלה מסלולים שונים לחלוטין בדיוק כמו שמהנדס מכונות שהתמחה בייצור לא מבין כמעט כלום בבקרה ולהיפך.

 

השכר הוא עניין של הצע וביקוש יחד עם צרכים מול יכולות. אם אני צריך מהנדס בקרה כדי שישרטט ויחתום על תכניות של מה שעשיתי בשטח מספיק לי אחד כזה ב 8.5 אבל אם אני צריך מהנדס שיתכנן ויפקח על הביצוע כולל תיקון באגים הוא יקבל פי 4.

ולמה ללמוד הנדסה, אם אפשר להגיע לשכר של 8.5 (ברוטו, נטו ייצא 6 ומשהו) בלי תואר כלשהו?

כי הם בטח גם מציעים ארוחת צהריים חמה[emoji12].

אם לא תלמד תוכל להגיע לשכר טוב (אם אתה מוכשר) אבל תמיד תהיה לך תקרת זכוכית שיהיה מאוד קשה לפרוץ.

 

כמהנדס אתה תתחיל נמוך אבל תתקדם ותגיע מהר מאוד לרמות שכר אחרות לגמרי (שוב, בהנחה שאתה מוכשר).

About the position:

Skills and Experience:

Version control and Git.

Windows Sys admin. (Using the GUI is not enough…)

Experience with Vagrant, Jenkins, Gradle, Docker.

Managing a Database, installation, configuration and data manipulation.

A good understanding of Firewalls and networking, a good IT background.

Willingness to travel for deployments abroad.

 

Nice to have:
