P0730: incorrect Gear Ratio:

The magnetic pickup sensor detects TDC and engine rpm.

resistance: 200 - 800 ohms

 

Check connector(s): Inspect the connector(s) and if necessary clean or fix them to make sure the connection is good.

Check resistance:

Turn ignition off. Remove connector from pickup sensor.

Measure resistance between both pins of the pickup sensor coil. Compare with specified resistance.

Check connection to ECU:

Turn ignition off. Remove connector from pickup sensor and ECU.

Measure resistance between each coil connector terminal and the corresponding terminals in the ECU connector. They should be
Check sensor signal:

Connect oscilloscope to both signal wire pins of the ECU. Start or crank the engine and compare to the scope image shown.

P0120: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit:

 

The throttle position sensor measures the angle of the throttle shaft using a potentiometer. The sensor returns a signal proportional to the throttle shaft angle.

 

supply voltage: 5 V

output voltage: 0 - 5 V

resistance: 600 - 1,500 ohms (between + and -)

 

Check connector(s): Inspect the connector(s) and if necessary clean or fix them to make sure the connection is good.

Check resistance:

Turn ignition off. Remove connector from throttle position sensor.

Measure resistance between positive and negative connector pin of the sensor. Compare with specified resistance.

Check supply voltage:

Turn ignition off. Remove connector from throttle position sensor.

Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between positive connector terminal and the negative terminal of the battery. It should be 5 V. If not check wiring, then ECU.

Check connection to ECU:

Turn ignition off. Remove connector from throttle position sensor and ECU.

Measure resistance between all connector terminals and the corresponding terminals in the ECU connector. They should be

Connect oscilloscope to the signal pin of the ECU and ground. Turn ignition on and press and release throttle. Compare to the scope image shown. You can also use a voltmeter. Compare to the characteristic shown.

טוב, בינתיים הבעיה של המצערת חזרה.הלכתי בכל זאת למוסך ביום שישי והמוסכניק הציע להחליף את כל המצערת. אמרתי לו שאחשוב על זה...

עדכון:

 

בימים האחרונים בעית המצערת חזרה ובגדול (כנראה בגלל שחם מאד בחוץ) גם אחרי כמה איפוסים היא היתה חוזרת מיד.

 

ניסתי כל מיני דברים שלא עזרו אבל:

 

אחרי שניתקתי מחבר גדול (דומה לזה של מחשב הרכב או מחשב גיר) שממוקם צמוד לתיבת ההילוכים מתחת לפילטר האוויר (אבל נמוך יותר) , ריססתי הרבה ספריי מגעים, נתתי לו להתייבש והחזרתי למקום. ו voila! בעית המצערת נעלמה בינתיים, ודי חם בחוץ. אז בלי להיות יותר מדי אופטימי, אולי עליתי על משהו.

 

אני אחכה בינתיים עם בעיית הגיר ואם (ב"ה) בעית המצערת נפתרה, אגש לנסות לפתור את בעית הגיר.

עדכון:

ברכב הזה המצערת היא חשמלית. זה חשוב כי לרוב הרנו מגאן סניק (עד 2003) זה לא כך.

 

ישנו כבל מדוושת ה"גז" למכשיר אלקטרוני (שכנראה מודד את הלחיצה על הדוושה) ומשם כבל נתונים למחשב הרכב.

המצערת גם כן מחוברת למחשב הרכב. והמחשב הוא זה ששולט עליה.

 

ניתקתי את החיבור של המכשיר הנ"ל שהולך למחשב הרכב, ניקיתי אותו טוב עם ספריי מגעים והחזרתי.

 

הבעיה נעלמה בינתיים כבר כמה שבועות.

 

עכשיו אני ניגש לבעית הגיר. אעדכן בהמשך.

 

אני חייב לציין שמחשב הרכב לא זיהה את התקלה נכון. הודעת השגיאה התייחסה למצערת ולא לדוושה.
