MAC AUDIO takes over PHASE EVOLUTION

 

The German Car Audio specialist MAC AUDIO announces the takeover of the brand PHASE EVOLUTION from 1 March 2007.

 

The takeover applies to all brand name and trademark rights as well as patents and technologies. Legendary products and series, like ALIANTE, SELECT, CFS, etc., will be sold - technically unchanged - under the brand name MAC AUDIO. The staff members involved in the development and production of Phase Evolution will apply their ability for MAC AUDIO.

 

By this takeover, MAC AUDIO improves its product range in the Car Audio top class segment and is optimistic to significantly strengthen its position in the international Car Audio markets. It goes without saying that MAC AUDIO also assumes all existing Phase Evolution services and warranty obligations.
