I’ve photographed Croatian Drift Challenge on several occasions, and each time I came to the same conclusion – drift is a very attractive sport. And it’s true, I’m not trying to prove otherwise. But after two days of shooting competition King of Europe (KOE Street Legal and KOE Pro Series) and Queen of Europe, my thoughts about this sport have changed a lot. This is not an attractive sport, this is a fantastic sport!

King of Europe – Osijek, Croatia

 

The final round of King of Europe – Street Legal was held on the 25th of August, at the airport of the Croatian city of Osijek. This time the “Pro” series as well as the “Queen of Europe” lady’s championship was held at the same location. The weekend was filled with spectacular demonstrations of skillfull driving of well prepped race cars and interesting battles. Even the storm that broke didn’t manage to spoil the fun, with the exception of a few changes to the schedule. Again the winner was Alexander Yazov, which brought him the first place overall in the “Street Legal” series of the championship.

We finished 5th in qualifying in Croatia, for Round 6 of King of Europe, and we are now 5th in the overall ProSeries rankings! Who wants to come see the car up close and personal in Hungaroring and Slovakiaring for the last two rounds of the 2013 season?
