מישהו יכול להסביר לי את ההבדל שבין סוגי המגבות

מיקרו, אובר, באפינג, וואפל ומה היעוד של כל אחת מהן ?

אגב, אני ספציפית מחפש מגבות למשטחים עדינים ( כיירים.... כן כן, כיירים גרמניות ששימוש בחומר קשה עושה אותם לכיירים צבאיות...

How does microfiber work? Unlike cotton which pushes the dirt in front of the cloth, Microfiber is capable of grasping the dirt in between its filaments and keeps it there until you thoroughly shake the cloth or rinse it.

 

What is GSM? GSM or Grams per Square Meter is a unit of density of the cloth. Typically the higher the number, the better the quality. Some applications require a higher GSM than others.

 

What is the difference between Microfiber made in China or Microfiber made in Korea? Answer is Quality!!! For example: 100% of the Microfiber factories in Korea use machines costing 1 Million. 90% of the Microfiber factories in China use machines costing $100K. The difference is in the processing and finished work of the cloth. It's like night and day difference.

מעניין מהיכן הציטוט.... מבלי להיכנס לאמיתות העובדות ( מה שנראה לי יומרני להצהיר על הקוראנים בתור 100% והסינים ב - 90% )

הרי שאת מגבות הכימיכל גייס שרכשתי מארה"ב ( אחד ולפעמים שניים מכל סוג ואל תשאל אותי למה...) הרי שעל כולם רשום made in china.... ולא נראה לי שהם נופלים מהאיכות שמציע הקוראני מאייבי...

דווקא לי נראה..

 

ואם אתה מחפש מבדק אמין תבצע כמות מרובה של כביסות ותראה איך כל אחת מתנהגת לאחר X כביסות, או לחילופין תן לשתי המגבות "בראש" - טפל בהן באמצעים קיצוניים ובדוק מי מתפרקת ראשונה (שטיפות חמות עם 60 מעלות ומעלה, כמות גדולה של סיבובים במכונה, ייבוש בשמש וכו', החדרה בכוח של כמות רבה של מזהימים (לכלוך, אבקת כביסה וכו'), עבודה מרובה עם מוצרים גסים כמו APC בדילולים קשים )

 

 

אני מסכים עמך שזו הצהרה מאוד יומרנית ואולי פה ושם המציאות שונה אבל נתקלתי בהצהרה הזו בהרבה מאוד מקומות ולעניות דעתי יש דברים בגו.

אכן מכונות האריגה בסין זולות יותר ועובדות בשיטת אריגה אחרת מזו שעושים בקוריאה. זה עובדתי ולא מעשייה. תכנס לפורומים רציניים בעולם שם דנים בבדים ולאו דווקא בבדים עבור תעשיית הדיטיילינג ותיווכח שהרבה אנשים מודעים לאיכות הסינית וזה לא דבר חדש.

 

כמובן שיש הרבה גורמים שישפיעו על התוצר הסופי כמו:

 

 

• סוג התערובת- 80/20 או 70/30 או כל משחק אחר
  
• ייצור סיני או קוריאני
  
• יש מצב מאוד נפוץ בו האריג הינו קוריאני והתפירה הסופית נעשית בסין לשם חסכון בעליות
  
• כמה ידיים המוצר החליף לפני שהגיע ללקוח הסופיי
  
• וכמובן התווית הלוהטת שמתנוססת עליו בגאווה והיא תתן את חותמת המחיר האחרונה
  
• סביר להניח שיש עוד משתנים
  

 

מגבות סיניות אני יכול לקנות גם בalibabab או בaliexpress באיכות שלא יורדת מזו של חברות הדיטיילינג שכן לרוב הo קונים את מוצריהם מאותם המפעלים הסיניים. כשאתה רוכש מגבת ממותגת בX כסף אתה בהכרח משלם על המסביב ולא על המוצר (שיווק וכו'). ואגב זה בסדר.. אני לא נגד קנייה שכזו כל עוד מדובר עבורי במחיר הנכון ובצורך כלשהו במוצר. אם אנשים קונים סמארטפונים ב3000₪ אז מגבת ב50₪ לא תהרוג אותנו..

 

 

 

לגבי הציטוט- הוא נלקח מהאתר של rosco microfiber, יבואן גדול בארה"ב שמייבא מגבות איכותיות ומוכר בכמויות גדולות.

אתה יכול לחפש ברשת מידע אודות ההבדלים בין האריג הסיני לזה הקוריאני ולהסיק את המסקנות שלך ואם יהיה לי מידע חדש לשפוך אני אשמח לשמוע פה או בהודעה פרטית.

 

 

עריכה: מצרף לך 2 דוגמאות שאני יודע בוודאות שנמכרות בעולם בתור מותג דיטיילינג (אני מכיר לפחות אחד כזה ב100%), שים לב למחיר עבור הכמות ותוסיף לזה את העובדה שהמוכר הנ"ל הוא לא היצרן בכלל והוא גם מרוויח דמי תיווך.

לא התלהבתי מהאחרונות שקניתי מהקוריאני.עשויות טוב,מגע רך,תפירה טובה

ניגוב? לא משהו (לא מחליקות מעל הצבע -נתקעות) לעומת מטליות של CG למשל. (אפילו האחרונה של מוטורס עדיפה)

אזמין בעתיד לניסיון.

 

כמו בכל תחום גם בתחום הזה יש מקורות זהים לייצור מטליות

רק הדבקת תווית של חברה ידועה מעלה את ערך המוצר גם אם הוא זהה באיכותו/הרכבו ל"זול"

לכן התנסות ובדיקה כל מוצר לגופו ולאו דווקא למחירו חשובה.

 

רציתי לרכוש מ WIX שבוע שעבר מטליות לחלונות מסוג כזה W http://www.ebay.com/itm/3pcs-Microfiber-tricot-glass-window-

לא מופיע באתר שלהם.אחרי התלבטות החלטתי לא לרכוש אותם -נראה לי דומה מידי למפיות אוכל שיש אצלי בבית... וגם לא בטוח שזה מנקה טוב ללא שאריות. עדיין לא מצליח להגיע לחלון נקי כאלו אין חלון במבחן הראש. (כנראה שהזנחה של שנים יצרו שכבות שומנים שמתעקשים לרדת)

 

 

למי שפחות חשוב תוויות.

בסופר דיל יש מוצרים עם הלגו שלהם שזה בעצם מיוצר בסונו וכד' באותה רמת איכות רק בלי התווית שלהם.

אמרת שהיא לא מתאימה לניגוב? התכוונת לניגוב סופי? כאילו למטרת ייבוש?

 

אני מכיר היטב את המגבת הזו והיא אכן גרועה בתור מגבת ייבוש, אפילו מאוד מאוד גרועה, העניין הוא שהיא לא מיועדת למטרה הזו וזה מאוד הגיוני שהיא לא תיהיה מוצלחת במשימת הייבוש.

 

היא מיועדת בעיקר ל -

QD drying

Wax & sealnat removal

final buffing towel

ואני אוסיף ואגיד שהיא מוצלחת עבור ניקיון כללי, פנים הרכב וכו'.

 

מתאימה להמון משימות... אבל היא לא מתאימה לשימוש כמגבת ייבוש.

 

 

אם התכוונת לניגוב בקטע של ניגוב ווקס או ניקוב QD אז זה קצת מוזר.. כי שם היא דווקא מוצלחת לדעתי.

 

 

 

המגבות tricot שמיועדות לניקוי חלונות הן פשוט מעולות (עבורי) ומנקות היטב ללא השארת סימנים, זה לא מרגיש כמו מפית והן מאוד עמידות וחזקות.

אבל אני מנקה בעזרתן רק לאחר שהרכב עבר שטיפה והחלון ברובו נקי ואז בעזרת המגבת הזו אני עושה פיניש עם חומר מעולה לחלונות.

ייתכן שכאשר הרכב מטונף ורוצים לעבור על החלון המגבת הזו לא תהה כלכך מועילה.

כן כוונתי לניגוב סופי באפינג. ניסיתי גם QD עדיין חייבים מטלית נוספת לפיניש.

דווקא מוטורס מצוינת.

 

לפנים הרכב אני נוהג להשתמש בפשוטות. לעולם אני לא מנקה חלונות שהרכב מטונף

תמיד אחרי ניקוי יסודי עובר על החלונות.
