בעיות עם משלוח באייבי - מה לעשות ?

ב-10 לפברואר הזמנתי דרך איי ביי מוצרים של ויקטוריה סיקרט על פי בקשתה.

 

יום אחרי סופק מספר מעקב לחבילה , יש לציין שהחבילה נשלחה דרך דואר USPS רגיל .

 

המשלוח כבר היה אמור להגיע או לפחות להתקדם אבל הוא עדיין תקוע על אותו סטטוס משלוח(Electronic Shipping Info Received)

 

שלחתי לחנות מייל אתמול וזאת התשובה שלהם :

We sent shipping notice to USPS on February-10-2012 and dropped your package to our local post office on February-12-2012.

By Priority Mail, to foreign countries, normally it will take 15 to 30 days to deliver.

The eBay estimated delivery time is NOT for Israel. Sometimes it will delay to 4 to 10 weeks depends on the performance of your customs and post office.

As you know, post office performance is beyond our control. Once we dropped off your packages to our local post office, we do not have visibility to track your packages on the way to your home. Apologize that there is nothing we can help during the transportation by postal office.

Please be advised, USPS will not provide tracking service or insurance for international priority mail flat rate envelope. (JUST PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL NUMBER THAT WILL SHOW WHEN THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED). They only provide tracking service for express mail envelope and priority mail box (Please refer to our "Term of Sale" on eBay listing.

For future purchasing, if you need tracking service and insurance, please use USPS express mail flat rate envelope or Priority Mail flat rate box.

Please kindly wait for a little while.

For your case, as one of our regular customers, if you still haven't received your package after 70 days (lost or stolen), we are willing to re-send your package if you have provided correct Paypal registered shipping address. Please send us an email on April-22-2012 and let us know if you have received your package or not.

כפי שניתן לראות מהמכתב שלהם הם מבקשים ממני לחכות זמן מוגזם של 70 יום ורק אז ישלחו לי חבילה נוספת שאולי גם היא תלך לאיבוד בדרך.

 

מה כדאי לעשות במצב כזה ?

מה אתה מתרגש? עברו רק שבועיים.

הערכה שלי שתוך ארבעה חמישה ימים זה יגיע.

זה גם ככל הנראה תקוע בארץ, במיון של הדואר.

בכל מקרה יש לך 45 יום כדי לפתוח תלונה בפייפל ואיביי

כך שאין לך מה לדאוג.

הדאגה שלי נובעת מכך שהסטטוס באתר של USPS נשאר קבוע ללא שינוי כבר שבועיים.
