בקשר לתקלה, לפי דעתי (ודעת המכונאי) מכיוון שהמכונית 'נבדקה' במהירות גבוה (קרוב למקסימום) ולחץ הדלק היה בשיאו, כנראה רשלנות בהידוק צינור הדלק הראשי, גרמה לכך שהצינור ניתק, המנוע בבת אחת חדל לקבל דלק, וכך בגלל המהירות והתערובת הבעיתית, הבוכנות נשרפו, וכך גם השסתומים. אלעד

אני בעלים של אינטגראלה אדומה 8V, לפני יותר משנה פירסמתי אותה למכירה - בעיקר מכיוון שאני לא מתגורר בישראל והמכונית נוסעת מעט מאד -, בתגובה קיבלתי מספר פניות ברובן מצעירים שרצו לשלם 35 אלף ש"ח. כמובן שהמכונית עדיין ברשותי. עם מישהו מעוניין לדבר בדבר רכישה (המחיר לא 'זול') בבקשה לשלוח לי הודעה אישית. יש לציין שהמכונית במצב מצויין, מאד מרשימה, ונוסעת כמו שאינטגראלה אמיתית אמורה. לפני חמש שנים נאלצתי להחליף מנוע לאחר aשהראשון שבק חיים בכביש שש, זאת לאחר שצינור הדלק ניתק, וזאת לאחר שסמ"לת עבדו על מערכת הדלק באותו בוקר. מיותר לציין שהם התנערו לחלוטין מאחריות! מיותר לציין שהמנוע היה מעבר לבר שיפוץ. לכן ייבאתי מנוע איטגראלה 8V חדש עם 0 קילומטר בארגז מפיאט. באותו מעמד היה שיקול האם להחליף את מנוע ה 8V במנוע 16V, החלטתי שעדיף להשאיר את האינטגראלה מקורית ככל שאפשר. כך שהיום במכונית מורכב מנוע עם 4500 ק"מ בספקיפיקציה מקורית לחלוטין! 0 שיפורים. אז למה הסיפור הארוך, מיכיוון שלאחר מחקר גיליתי שהמכונית שבבעלותי יוצרה ב 1987 (נובמבר) והיתה חלק מ100 האינטגראלות הראשונות שנוצרו ושימושן היה להומולוגציה של מכונית הראלי. בעצם 11 מכוניות הראלי שהתחרו ב 1988 באו מאותה סידרה של 100 מכוניות. אז בלי כוונה קצת היסטוריה. ולטעמי, לא משפרים היסטוריה. אלעד

this car is front wheel drive. this car is unrelated to my possible return to israel, i would like to come back, but for now the car will be a great fun road car for israel. it is my first american ever, and im still shaking, but for the design and the unique technological featurs you cant beat it, it reminds me of the Lancia design adventures, it was cutting edge at the time, and even today it holds well. think about this car in TEl aviv bahuouse context,. elad

hi guys a few quick questions, i did a quick search and could not find the answer: 1. if i decide to fly the car rather then sea ship it, is it a smart idea to get it to 'natbag' or do i then have to transport the car to ashdod? 2. can someone help me with pricing for a 1964 330gt Ferrari from condition 2- to condition 5? hi pls try and watch the video, every time i get to the end of the straight i do a 'heel and toe' down shift. the benefit is that after a hard break the balance of the car is not disturbed and you can keep the control of the car much easier... the gear does not snap the chassis and thus you can shift much easier. as for double clutch, agreed with all explanations, doing it in racing speed is a challenge... elad

hi all an in-car video from last week's rolex vintage festival in limerock ct, usa. I am driving my 1955 abarth207a 1100cc spider in group 2 (sports racing cars 1947-1955) The race was 15 laps (about 25 miles - around the 1.53 mile circut). i started in 19th place out of 28 and finished 11th. The black car ahead of me is an Aston Martin DB2, the green car is an MG-TD with a supercharger The video is of the first 4 or so laps, after that the camera shut down for some reason. About 80,000 spectators came to watch which was amazing to see this kind of a turnout... hope u enjoy and shana tova elad new york

אהלן, אכן מדובר בפיאט אברט זגאטו 750 משנת 1956. המכונית הספציפית הזאת הינה גרסת "קורסה" - מירוץ, אשר הינה קצת יותר קלה וקצת יותר נדירה. המנוע הורחב ל 850 סמ"ק בשנות החמישים. במפתיעה המכונית זריזה מאד ולמרות מספר מאד מצומצם של כ"ס - 45 בערך, היתנהגות הכביש והמיאוץ מעורר פליאה לפיאט בת 50 שנה. לידה יושנת האברט 207 A הוורודה שהינה למעשה האברט העשירית שיוצרה לאחר הקמת החברה! באוגוסט התוכנית היא לנסות את האברט זגאטו במסלול המרוצים. בינתיים האברט 207 מקבלת זמן מסלול: (סימו לב ל MG שעפה מהמסלול - עוד קורבן של יום חם וצמיגים משומשים)

הי, הנה הסיפור: לאחר שהאחים מזראטי מכרו את החברה שהיתה בבעלותם למר אורסי בשנת 1936 הם חתמו על חוזה בעל שני סעיפים: הם יהיו מחוייבים להימנע מלהשתמש בשם מזראטי בכל אופן בעתיד לשם ייצור מכוניות, ובנוסף הם יעבדו בחברה שנמכרה במשך 10 השנים הבאות. כך, בשנת 1946 הם עזבו את מזראטי והקימו חברה לייצור מכוניו מרוץ בשם או.ס.קא (סדנה למכוניות מיוחדות - בתרגום חופשי). הם כמובן היו מנועים מלהשתמש בשם מזראטי, אבל שרבבו את שמם בסמל החברה. החברה החדשה התמקדה בייצור מכוניות מרוץ בעלות קיבולת מנוע קטנה (750סמ"ק ו-1500 סמ"ק) לתחרויות מרוצי כביש וסיבולת. ההצלחה היתה רבה והם קצרו ניצחונות מרשימים במרוצים כגון MILLE MIGLIA ו-CARREAR PANAMERICANA וכולי. היצור היה מוגבל ל-4 מכוניות בחודש וההעלות היתה גבוהה מ-FERRARI רבות. הסיפור של שאסי 1169 מתחיל בינואר 1955 כאשר הוחלט על ייצור 3 מכוניות למרוץ 24 השעות במאנש באותה השנה. 2 מתוך 3 המכוניות יוצרו בזמן, אך 1169 לא היתה מוכנה בזמן ולכן נימכרה למר צ'פמן מטוסון אריזונה. הייחוד של שלושת המכוניות היה בגוף הסופר אירודינאמי המיוחד שלהן, וכן המנועים (1490 בעלי הצתה כפולה - 130 כ"ס). שתי המכוניות אשר נישלחו למרוץ קצרו הצלחה רבה כאשר סיימו במקומות ה-11 וה-13 וזכו במקומות הראשון והשני בקטגורייה שמתחת ל- 500 סמ"ק. 1169 הגיעה לארה"ב במרץ 1955 ומיד נישלחה למרוץ בקראקאס ונאצואלה. במרוץ הנהג היה WILLIAM BELL (נכדו של אלכסנדר גרהם בל המהולל). היא לא סיימה את המרוץ. לאחר מכן BELL היתחרה עם 1169 במספר מרוצים בקליפורניה כולל TORREY PINES ו-PEBBLE BEACH. המכונית קצרה הצלחה רבה. בתחילת 1956 המכונית נמכרה לבחור בשם ERNIE MACAFEE. ארני היה מחלוצי המרוצים בקליפורניה בפרט וברה"ב בכלל. ארני החליף את המנוע הקיים בגירסה מיוחדת של מנוע האוסקא. מנוע זה - מספר 1522 (אשר עדיין מותקן במכונית עד היום הזה) הינו מנוע יחיד במינו. בשנת 1955 האחים מזראטי החליטו לתקוף את שיאי המהירות העולמים הקיימים. לשם כך ייצרו מכונית מיוחדת בעלת גוף סופר אירודינאמי והתקינו גירסה משופרת מאוד של מנוע ה-1500 סמ"ק שלהם. מנוע מס' 1522 היה בעל שני מצתים לכל צילינדר עם מגנטו כפול, יחס דחיסה גבוה 9.8:1, ומספר שיפורים נוספים. לעומת הגירסה 'הרגילה' עם הספק של 117 כ"ס, 1522 הפיק כ- 150 כ"ס. המכונית המיוחדת השיגה את המטרה ולמעלה מ-15 שיאי עולם ניקבעו. מר MCAFEE התקין מנוע זה בגוף 1169 לשם יצירת דומיננטיות מול התחרות הקשה (מרביתה פורש 550 ספיידר). ההצלחה היתה רבה! ניצחונות ב SANTA MONICA בתחילת 1956 לאוסקא 1169 סימנו עתיד מבטיח לשנת 1956. מרוצי TORREY PINES היו המשך ראוי ושם המכונית שוב ניצחה. ב- 20 לאפריל 1956 מר MACAFFE התכונן למרוץ ה-PEBBLE BEACH ה-6 במסלול האגדי בין חורשות קליפורניה. במועד זה ארני תכנן להיתחרות בשני מרוצים. עם האוסקא במרוץ הראשון (למכוניות מתחת ל 1500 סמ"ק) ועם הפרארי החדשה שלו בעלת נפח 4.4 ליטר במרוץ למכוניות בעלות נפח גדול מ-1500 סמ"ק. בתחילת המרוץ האוסקא 1169 לא איכזבה את MACAFEE והוא הוביל לאחר קרב ממושך עם פורש ואחרות. בהקפה ה-16, כאשר הוא מוביל, השתחרר הדיסטריביוטור וארני שייט לעיתו עד שעצר. ההכזבה היתה רבה, שכן במרוץ הגדול ארני נהג כאחוז תזזית עד שבהקפה ה-7 איבד שליטה והפרארי ננעצה בעץ לאורך המסלול. ERNIE MACAFEE נהרג במקום. האפקט של התאונה היה כה עמוק עד שהתאריך הזה ייזכר כמרוץ האחרון ב- PEBBLE BEACH. המארגנים סירבו לחזור למסלול האגדי. ERNIE MACAFEE בפרארי מספר 276 במרוץ האחרון שתי הקפות לפני שמצא את מותו. לאחר מותו של ארני, אוסקא 1169 נימכרה לכמה נהגים ידועים, והמשיכה להיות תחרותית עד תחילת שנות השישים. בשנות השמונים והתשעים 1169 היתה משתתפת רגילה במרוצי המילה מלייה בגירסתם המודרנית באיטליה. אלעד
