אלעד - נראה שיש לנו טעם זהה במכוניות. יש GIULIETTA SS שאני מעונין לראות בעתיד הקרוב פה... בכל מקרה - תמונות של המיאטה, 2002 ו- 7 העלתי - הנה תמונות של ה- KTM - לא אספנות עדין - אבל בטוח בעתיד...

במנועים המקוריים ה- TIP SEALS דרשו בניה מחדש כל 10000 מיל - 16000 ק"מ - לעומת 100000 ב-מזדה. כיום ניתן לבנות עם CERAMIC SEALS - יקר...

לא מדויק - ה- 12A מנוע אמין - אוכל דלק - אבל לא שוני ממנועי בוכנה באמינות. כנ"ל ה- 13B חוץ מדגם ה- TURBO של ה-RX7 FD - וגם שם הבעיה לא במנוע - אלה במיקום ה- OIL FILTER שמנע החלפתו בקלות.

לא לא לא - אם זה ROTARY - השאלה הנכונה היא - MAZDA או שצריך להחליף בקרוב...

מה רע עם ה- KTM - או שזה לא הדיוק?

עוד פרטים: מדובר ב 1300HF - מכונית נדירה - פחות מ 500 יוצרו - ולא הרבה נותרו. כנראה שמדובר בדגם תחרות עם חלונות פרפקס, הרבה אלומינום בגוף. אין פגושים - היא נראית מוזר - אבל כנראה שיש סיבה טובה למה...

מסכים שהפואגו לא מציאה מדהימה - אבל יש שאוהבים אותן - בפורום זה יש כאלה שאוספים מכוניות שאני לא מת עליהם - אבל זה לא משנה - הם נהנים - זה מה שחשוב. מכוניות טורבו משנות ה-80 שהיצרנים המשיכו עם טורבו - 911. סובארו ומזדה

The 968 was designed basically as the 944S3 - but because Porsche decided to change the styling a bit and market research showed that the 944 name did not have the right brand name behind it - they tried to change the name. Unfortunately - it did not help much and they decided to go in a different route (Boxster). Other than that - I agree with you. These are very nice cars, especially for the time. The 968 is actually a very nice car to drive - realy reminds me a lot of the E36 BMW M3 in feel.

It replaced the Porsche 924 - basically the same design - but with a proper Porsche engine (instead of the Audi unit in the 924). It was half of the V8 engine in the 928. Is it really a classic car? Depends on your definition - in the US they do not seem to be considered classic Porsches - but some models, especially the Turbo versions and the 968 (Which is a 944 with a 3.0L engine and somewhat different bodywork) are very good performers - especially for the time. I suspect that with time these models will probably gain more of a classic status. The regular ones - I am not so sure - it has been a long time since the 924 went out of production - and the only versions of the 924 people care to collect are the Carrera GT limited production ones. I suspect that the same will be true for the 944.

לא יודע מה זה גרוטאות - אבל מועדון שיש בו הרבה חברים עדיף. במועדון המקומי של במו ישנות יש כאלה עם מכוניות במצב מדהים ואחרים בלי כסף / ענין - עדין המפגשים נחמדים ומהנים.

Many of the old Tatras were air cooled V8 - T77, T87 etc.... As for #2 - I thought it was a Maser Ghibli - but the wings are not right. Other than that - it looks very close.

Hi Moti, I used to take the Miata to the track and it has a rollbar - used to autocross it as well - but about 5 years ago got a Birkin S3 (That's like a Caterham 7 with a south african chassis - hence the handle) for this purpose. In the last couple of years I started doing more off-road rallycrossing with my wife's Subaru. We have 2 kids now - so not enough time to do both on and off road events - so when I have the time - I mostly do the rallying with the grocery getter. When the kids will get older - I plan on getting an old Subaru, put a rollcage in it and go for club rally events. In the meantime - just rallycross for me, I am afraid. Here is a picture of the Birkin - it looks a bit different now - have a Kirkey racing seat in there and it is not as shiny. I now need to decide if I want to invest more money in it - remove the windscreen and replace with a brookline screen and wink mirror - or sell it and experience something else.

I will be coming for a visit in about 3 weeks. I promise to buy stickers at the time...

He is a nice guy. I was thinking about buying his Saab ("Lucky") when it was for sale the first time - but ran across the BMW and went for it instead. Here is a picture of his Saab:
