Anyone know what is the aproximate price for motorized in dash monitor? ? is there is diffetent sizes avilable? 8inch feets to the radiodisc spot? Only monitor without any kind of player. When I say monitor I talk about computer monitor(monitor that have VGA connector) not about TV/SVideo Anyone tried reading text on such monitor when it's connected to computer at least at 640x480? Is the text is readable?

I don't remember the brandname of the plugs but I found it in catalog that said they are compatible with my vehicle. I think they are pretty good plugs as they were best in catalog and I paid about 100NIS for each. Where do I replace this cables? How it aproximatly costs? and where do I do that ? Service garage or garage that deals with battaries/alternators/etc ?

Hi. I have a strange shaking in my vehicle. When I start it up I can feel the light shaking that seems to come from the engine... if I press the gas pedal a bit and rise the RPM to about 1.5 the shaking does not disapear it's harder to feel it but it shakes so it's not becouse of the low RPM or something... I have this problem for pretty long time without any attention but it seems that shaking becomes more powerfull. Since I have this problem I have already replaced engine plugs(some people told me that it could cause this problem) but it didn't help. What could that be and where should I go to get this repaired ? Can E&A Autosports deal with such problem or I should go to mechianician? Car details: audi a3 1.8T gearbox manual year 1998 kilometrage: 110,000 (relevant?)h Regards.

Thanks for your replies. Sorry, I forgot to tell you, yes I can read hebrew. It seems strange to me but the car is ok now, I didn't do anything but it just started working normaly. It starts up without any problem and there is no shaking.... I will anyway go to E&A(Thanks Krusty I know them myself, nice people) as soon as I will have time for it as it is not in my area. I don't think that the problem is critical and it seems that it somehow got fixed.... Thanks again. Reagards. Topic close.

Hi. Car: Audi A3 1.8T 1998, Manual gearbox. When I start it up at morning I have a very strange expirience. First it takes 4-5 secondss untill engine starts up(it makes jen jen jen jen, jen, and only then starts up) And after the engine is started RPM start jumping from 0.2 to 0.9 and the car is shaking ALOT for about 10-13 seconds. After that it works normaly. If I turn off the engine and then start it up again, it starts up much faster, 1-2 secs,(only 1 or 2 jen jen and there is no shaking or RPM jumpes. My battery is ok, it's pretty new(about 7-8 month) and I can start up a vehicle if I turn on the high light and turn on my stereo system(my stereo amplifier takes much energy too). Any idias what can it be? I just a bit afraid going stright to service garage as they will simply replace half of the car as usualy...

If the car has quickshit installed you can't switch fast too? With quickshift it can damage the gear box as well? Beni L: can you please explain that double clutch procedure.

I had the exactly same problem in Audi a3 1.8T I don't know much about how engine works but in my case the problem was in the air switch(the one that controls how much air goes into the engine) I fixed it at E&A autosport. They often deal with sport cars but calling them and asking if they can help may be useful and maybe they will accept to deal with your car. Regards.

Hi. Can anyone tell me what is acceptable price for the brakes replacement ? in audi A3 turbo? I was asked Audi champion and they gave price a about 2300NIS(including VAT) for this. Is it a normal price? I need to replace both front and rear as well both discs and the brake plates. What should that pleasure cost in any other service center? Regards.

Why 1 ohm? There is a links to the specs at the first message. Speakers are 4 ohm. If I connect 2 speakers it will be 2 ohm not 1.
