I am unable to open web sites because this personal security web site keeps popping up. it is telling me there is no virus protection found on my computer. I have norton 360 as well as macafee. it won't even uninstall from the add and remove program. I never loaded it in the first place. ran norton scan and it says everything is fine. don't know what to do now. am not computer literate. need simple advice. _________________download xbox 360 games
