Hi Rupni. I have been looking for a long time for a solution to t he Waze/Radio problem and I finally found it! I have been looking for 10 months For IPHONE: "Go to "Settings "Then "Accessibility Then "Physical & Motor Then "Incoming Calls" Then select "דיבורית" This will allow you to hear the radio AND get voice promps from Waze.
