  1. Many women might disagree with you... But in regards to the topic...size (and stability) of course, DOES matter when you're cruising on highway speeds and your car is impacted by another vehicle. Don't tell me that SMART by Mercedes- as "Safe" as it is - wouldn't get crushed in an accident on Ayalon. - All I'm saying, is that Israel needs to bring in bigger, safer, vehicles that will be able to absorb high-speed impacts and crashes.
  2. Beautiful!! I am still looking for a picture of my grandfather (Z"L) with his VESPA and (one of the first) JEEP - 1950's Tel Aviv. I think you should scan the photo with a high resolution scanner and then frame it.
  3. Completely agree with you. Does this country really need any more smaller, unsafe cars??! The tires look like the ones I have on my BMX bike...Where is the responsibility that comes along with managing safety in Israel?!!?
  4. Agreed. There is nothing wrong with luxury when you can afford it. But there is something wrong with justifying the fact that it is unnecessary - when you can't afford it.
  5. +1 If you have room for it, and the $ to pay for gas (not so expensive in the U.S.), then why not??

  7. It's a MONSTER. I saw another one in Jerusalem last month, and I laughed because my mom wanted to bring one from the U.S. through "Yevu Ishi", but she thought it was too big for NY - let alone Israel!!
  8. SWEET! Thanks for the info, I've been paying about 8.11 SH per liter
