עזרה בזיהוי תרמית

יש לי חנות אינטרנטית קטנה ולאחרונה קיבלתי מספר מיילים חשודים שאני בטוח שהם תרמית אבל לא בטוח מה התרמית המדוייקת.

 

הכתובת שהיא ציינה וצינזתי היא של חנות אמיתית בשוויץ, התקשרתי אליהם לאחר שהבנתי שמדובר בתרמית אבל הם לא מדברים אנגלית מי יודע מה והיה קשה להסביר, מה גם שהמיילים שהם משתמשים ומציינים הכל של ג'ימייל ושום דבר עסקי.

 

הבנתי מהאינטרנט שלרוב הם ייבקשו ממני לשלם מקדמה לחברת המשלוח והם יחזירו לי בהמשך אבל לא התקדמתי איתם עד לרגע האמת, אני שוקל האם כדאי לבלבל את האוייב ולנסות להבין יותר לעומק את התרמית.

 

צירפתי לכם עותקים מהמיילים עם צנזור הפרטים הפרטיים של 2 הצדדים:

היא השיבה עם רשימה של פריטים וכתובת משלוח בשוויץ עם כמויות וביקשה הצעת מחיר, סיפקתי לה את זה ואמרתי שלכמויות שהיא מבקשת הייתי מעדיף העברה בנקאית וכו' כו'

 

ואז קיבלתי את המייל הבא:

This is because we did already been set-up with our bank only to be using credit card as method of payment for regular purchase and we did mentioned this in our earlier inquiry email that strictly credit card for payment, which you said you gladly accepted.

אם בתור עסק חייבתי כרטיס אשראי גנוב והעסקה אושרה על ידי חברת האשראי - חברת האשראי יכולה לא להעביר לי את הכסף?

אם החברה אישרה את העסקה, היא לא תיקח לך את הכסף, אלא תפצה (תחזיר) בסכום הגנוב את בעל הכרטיס.

לפחות בישראל המחזיק בכרטיס מבוטח לפי החוק. אני מני חשחלק מדמי הכרטיס החודשיים הם פרמייתביטוח.

 

יכול לספר לך שלבני נגנב כרטיס האשראי, הוא גילה את הגניבה רק כעבור 3 ימים - באותה תקופה נגנבו כמה מאות ש"ח והוא זוכה בהם לאחר פניה בכתב. שבה צויינה העסקה הלגיטימית האחרונה.

הם ייתנו לך את פרטי כרטיס האשראי שאותם עלייך להקליד ידנית - האם ייתכן ויש מצב כלשהו שגם מספקים מספר אישור שאיכשהו מערים על מערכת החיובים?!

 

לגבי המשלוח - הם נמצאים ב"איזור מאוד פרברי מרוחק של העיר" בשוויץ ובעבר זה גרם להם קשיים בקבלת משלוחים מעבר לים. - אלא אולי אם אתה מוכר מוצרי חלב טריים אז מה קשה להם לחכות אולי עוד יום-יומיים למשלוח, איזה גם חברת משלוחים עובדת בצורה כזו במשלוחים מסוג כזה?!. לפיכך בקנייה ממך הם ישתמשו בחברת משלוחים שעובדת איתם שתדאג לכל כולל כל הטיפול מול המכס וכולל לאסוף המשלוח ממך ולהביא את זה עד אליהם. באמת?!. הם באמת בשוויץ או באמצע ערבות סיביר?!. מה, פשוט יום אחד ידפוק לך על הדלת אחד בתחפושת יגיד שהוא מחברת המשלוחים פ.ר.י.י.ר. ובא לאסוף החבילות. שתשאל, למה בא בסתם רכב מהשכרה יגיד לך שהרכב הקבוע של החברה שלו במוסך והם שכרו רכב מסחרי כדי לא לעכב העסק. משהו כזה?!

 

זה כל כך נשמע תרמית שהפעמונים שמצלצלים אזהרה כבר נשברו מההתראה. הנורות האדומות נשרפו אחרי שהבהבו בלי הפסקה מרגע שהם פנו אלייך.

החצופים עוד מתעצבנים עלייך במייל שאתה מציע העברה בנקאית שהם הסבירו לך כבר בבירור לפני זה שאפשר רק בכרטיס אשראי.

 

האם אני טועה?, יכול להיות. אבל לא נשמע סביר.

הערה קטנה בהמשך לפוסט של אחד החברים למעלה: אל תקבל פייפאל כאמצעי תשלום. גם עם פייפאל ניתן לבצע תרמיות ופייפאל לא ידפקו לך חשבון אפילו אם שלחת סחורה והוכחת על כך.
